**Job Title** Executive Assistant **Location** St. Louis, MO ** Job Description** + Requires full time availability with flexible hours and a desire to learn and expand responsibilities. + Provide support to the Chairman during non-business hours including nights and weekends. + Carries out responsibilities with professionalism, confidentiality, integrity and with respect for others, in accordance with our core values. + Coordinates effective operations of Chairman's office including reception, document preparation & control, internal communications and general office maintenance. + Provides high level administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman, all in a timely and accurate manner. + Serves as the administrative and functional point person for the Chairman's corporate, community, and personal matters to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes in multiple lines of business. + Prepares business and private correspondence and relevant material; prioritizes mail and incoming calls. + Manages and executes Chairman's calendar/schedules. + Coordinates calendar, organizes travel, meetings, and schedules arrangements for the Chairman, staff, business partners, and customers. + Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment and facilities as appropriate; prepares travel itineraries. + Plans and produces various community, corporate and personal events throughout the year. + Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Chairman related to diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships. + Work closely with the Chairman and other company executives and team members to assure the Chairman's preparation for meetings and other engagements. + Provide administrative services to other departments such as responding to queries, issuing emails and following up on Chairman's requests. + Coordinate departmental reports and documentation for meetings with outside partners. + Handles financial and accounting matters for the Chairman with confidentiality. **Qualifications** + Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word) + 5+ Years of Administrative Experience + Experience managing an office + Excellent written and verbal communication + Attention to detail + Experience with travel coordination |
