Job Description**

World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) currently has an opening for a Developer - Financial Compensation as a part of our Internal Application Services Team in St. Louis, MO.

+ Participate in the on-going development and support of existing IT Financial Compensation efforts

+ Participate in strategic projects that improve efficiency across the organization

+ Provide application design and architecture across different Oracle Application technologies and custom platforms.

+ Analyze data flow within the Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud and various boundary and custom web applications.

+ Participate in coding standard development and code review process with peers.

+ Work with their functional counterparts to understand detailed business requirement and convert that into technical solution.

+ Testing the end-to-end solution to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users

+ Develop complex programs on supported tech stacks.



+ Two to three plus years of experience in PL/SQL development

+ Have strong SQL, relational database knowledge and hands on experience

+ Prior experience with reporting (XML/BI Reporting, Oracle Reports)

+ Knowledge of RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows) components of Oracle

+ Familiarity with the Git version control system

+ Knowledge of compensation practices, services, strategy and processes will be preferred

+ Oracle EBS experience a plus

+ Ability to enjoy collaboration, with a preference for face-to-face communication.

+ Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated

+ Ability to thrive in a very agile environment with evolving requirements

+ Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas

+ Willingness to learn new tech stacks
