Job Description**

**Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of small business program/contract administration and procurement experience

+ Technology industry experience with an understanding of channel distribution models

+ Undergraduate degree with a business management related focus

+ Willingness to Travel

+ Must be organized, detail oriented and demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and assignments with limited supervision in a fast paced deadline environment

+ Must be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities

+ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Must have ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with peers, vendors and customers, and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating WWT's core values

+ Proficiency in database administration, reporting software, including Tableau and use of spreadsheet software required, particularly MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Power Point

+ Working knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, FAR/DFAR supplements and GSA regulations and experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures relating to Federal Government contracting

+ Working knowledge of Small Business Administration rules and regulations concerning small business subcontract plan administration and compliance

**Qualifications**

**Duties include, but are not limited to, the following activities:**

+ Review, prepare and monitor WWT's Corporate Small Business Subcontracting Plan requirements, including preparation and analysis of reporting, conducting periodic training for internal staff as required by statutory requirements

+ Assures overall program implementation and maintains program performance data for periodic review by senior management and Government representatives

+ Provide procedural guidance, training and relevant assistance to ensure effective consideration of and participation by Small Business in the award of subcontracts

+ Develop subcontract plans including goals for participation of Small Business for federal agency contracts, proposals, and modifications

+ Issue policy memorandums and internal operating procedures to implement requirements of relevant public laws and applicable regulations

+ Establish, monitor, and control reporting for Management and Governmental agencies

+ Cooperate with and provide assistance to local SBA representatives with respect to periodic reviews and/or opportunity referrals

+ Prepare semi-annual government SF295, annual plan and other reports, as required, and assist in compliance reviews with the Small Business Administration and other oversight agencies
